Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 4 1/3 cups water
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 1 Tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 4 Tsp Knorr Caldo de Tomate con savor de Pollo(found in most stores with Hispanic foods)
Put oil in heated pan and add onions.
Bring onions almost to carmalization.
Add rice and brown a bit.
Add water.
Add the garlic and onion powders. Add tomate and lemon pepper.
Stir, cover on medium low until rice is tender. (stirring occasionally)
