This is another post for #Reverb10.
I am sure there are more creative people in the world than myself. I mean I know there are. But, I love making things, and giving said things away. Perhaps one day I will be able to sell some of these things to bring me in a small income.
The last thing I made was some bath salts. I love doing things like this. So here is what I used.
- Epson Salts
- Soap Flowers
- Glass Jars
- Wired Ribbon
- Foam Glitter Snowmen
- Foil Silver Bows
- Bakery Bags w/ties
- Ribbon
- Hot Glue Gun and glue
- Paper Shreds
It was simple to do. I glued wire ribbon onto the jar. Filled it part of the way with Epsom salts and set the soap flower in it. Normally I would add essential oils but, I did not know if the recipients are allergic. I glued two snowmen and a foil bow on the ribbon. Put some of the paper shred in the bottom of the bakery bag and set the jar in. Tied the bag with a ribbon and there you have it. All this made 6 and I had stuff left over, all under $12.
Peace and Blessings,
